Over the past few days, pupils have been competing in the very first Belmont House History Competition. The children have faced rounds on famous people and places, a timeline challenge and making historical connections. Topics have been wide-ranging and required pupils to show off a breadth of knowledge in topics such as British rulers, American politics, ancient civilisations and iconic activists. Competition has been fierce, and the result will be announced in our Final Assembly next week. The points gained for each house will be added to the overall points to find the winner of the prestigious Activities Cup.
