Success Outside of School

Elysse (7GP) has been nominated for Barnet Young Citizen of the Year for her work on the My Say Matters Collective 2022-2023. She has also been shortlisted and is invited to the Mayor’s Annual Civic Award Ceremony on 25 April 2023!

The My Say Matters strategy sets out how young people will be involved in the borough’s decision-making process and how their input will shape and improve Barnet’s services for all residents. Elysse has been involved in Youth forums – giving her unique perspective, ideas and time to help make this project a success.

Over the last year, the Youth forums have shown fantastic commitment to their community. Click here for a summary of their achievements.

Well done Elysse this is a wonderful achievement and something to be very proud of.

A big congratulations to Anya (5JD) and Anthony (5CC) who triumphed and won the John Gray’s cup with Queen Elizabeth Barnet U10 Rugby A team. The team, now unbeaten for 2 years, really showed their strength with multiple tries and tackles and their ability to work together and play as one. A superb effort and leadership from exceptional players, well done to both pupils!

Congratulations to Emily Hendrikx in 7AM who passed her Grade 5 music theory exam.

Hats off to Joshua Flash Parsons who decided to ask his friends and family to donate to his charity page ‘FareShare’ instead of receiving presents for his birthday. He managed to raise £470.
