Sixth Form Pupils Visit Washington DC!

This Easter, Sixth Form pupils who study History or Politics were given the opportunity to travel to Washington DC!

The pupils visted Arlington Cemetery, the White House, the Capitol building, the Supreme Court, the National Archives, the Museum of the American Indian, the National Aerospace Museum and the Holocaust Museum during the trip.

The pupils were a credit to the School. The trip was a fantastic opportunity to extend their knowledge of the US civil rights movement (studied in A level history) and the American government (studied in Upper Sixth Politics).

Thanks to Mrs Adams (Second in Department, History and Government and Politics) for organising such an incredible opportunity for us!
