Annual Prep School Cross Country is a Success Despite Heavy Rainfall!

Mill Hill School hosted the annual Prep School Cross Country, welcoming 14 schools from North London to participate in the event. Despite heavy rainfall the evening before, making the course extremely muddy, over 250 participants completed the hilly course. There were six different races, including U9 boys and girls, U11 boys and girls, and U13 boys and girls.

The event was a huge success, with participants and parents alike enjoying the fantastic event, which showcased the extensive grounds at Mill Hill. The School would like to extend a massive thank you to Abby Cohen, the photographer for the day, as well as Brent Hassall at Results Base for their invaluable contributions.

Congratulations to the following teams who were the overall winners

  • U9 Boys: Sussex House School
  • U9 Girls: Belmont Preparatory School
  • U11 Boys: Devonshire House School
  • U11 Girls: North Bridge House School
  • U13 Boys: Devonshire House School
  • U13 Girls: Belmont Preparatory School

We would like to congratulate all the winners and participants for their outstanding performances and sportsmanship. The event was an excellent opportunity for young athletes to showcase their talent and passion for running.

Mill Hill School is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among its pupils and the local community. The cross-country event is just one of the many initiatives the School has undertaken to encourage pupils to participate in sports and physical activities.
