This academic year has already been an incredibly exciting time for our Eco Warrior group. The group comprises of one member of each Tutor group, and we aim to improve sustainability around the School. We are an Eco School, and this can be seen by our Eco School Green Flag which flies proudly outside Mill Hill International. This is a special award which is given to schools that take a proactive approach in making the school and pupils more environmentally friendly and aware.
This year we have been aiming to achieve the green flag award again and I can proudly announce that we have been awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag Award with Distinction. This is the highest possible achievement for an Eco School, and we have had to complete a thorough application form to be awarded this prestigious award.

In addition to this award, Mill Hill International has also been entered into the Eco School of the Year Awards. Over the Summer term we will receive a plaque for our efforts, and this will be showcased at our wonderful School.
I want to say a huge well done and thank you to our dedicated Eco Warrior group. Despite being very busy with co-curricular and examination preparation, members are dedicated and enthusiastic to making a positive difference at School.
