This week, in amongst all of the fun-filled activities, we began our new topic ‘Wild Warriors’. Year 1 were surprised to find a miniature village had appeared in the Science Garden! It had a washing line, fire pit and lots of tiny wooden houses. They then wrote questions about where it had come from and who might live there. This week, we found a message in a bottle from the ‘Wild Child’ who had left us a book. We got to work describing the setting and character, further imbedding our learning on nouns and adjectives.
