GCSE and A Level Art Exhibitions

In the Art Department, we always look forward to the GCSE and A Level Art Exhibitions at the end of the academic year. It is lovely to celebrate our pupils’ artwork and see it proudly displayed for their parents, peers and teachers.

Our Upper Sixth artists produced their final pieces to finalise their exam project, ‘Simple or Complex’. They were ambitious in scale and content and worked hard for 15 hours to end their art career at Mill Hill in style! Well done to all for their determination and resourcefulness during a pressured time. Seeing all their work on display at the exhibition was incredible, and they should be very proud of the pieces they created.

GCSE artists also enjoyed an art exhibition of their work. We are very proud of their efforts over the two years, and we hope they are too. It was great to see the variety of disciplines and breadth of subject matter employed by the pupils showcased at the exhibition.

The Art Department has been very impressed by the dedication, personality and creativity all our pupils have put into their portfolios of work.
