The Reception children have been exploring some of the PE equipment that they will start using regularly in their Y1 classes from September.
They started learning the correct grip, how to pass, receive and how to travel with the ball safely.
We discussed how important it is to stay in control of the ball whilst moving and how to change direction if they see someone trying to get their ball!
It was fabulous to see them so interested and keen to learn!
