ISI Inspection Report – 2024

In January 2024, we welcomed the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) Team into our school to conduct their inspection under the ISI’s new framework, following its implementation in September 2023. This report reaffirms our unwavering commitment to academic excellence and holistic pupil development.

“The inspectors managed to understand the culture of our school, what we are striving to achieve and above all, that teachers and pupils were able to showcase their wonderful work. The report highlights many of our strengths and identifies our English as an Additional Language (EAL) as a Significant Strength of the school which is a testament to all the hard work which goes on at the school. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all involved in making the inspection a pleasant experience and one that makes me even more proud of the School, the staff and our amazing pupils.” – Sarah Bellotti (Head)

Our GCSE achievement of the highest grades is significantly above the national average, as noted in the report along with “Pupils who speak EAL achieve well at GCSE and their results are significantly above national averages”.

Furthermore, the report commends our vibrant boarding community, highlighting the inclusive and supportive atmosphere cherished by our pupils. “Boarders appreciate the opportunity they have to live and learn in an inclusive and supportive boarding community'” the report affirms.

These quotes offer a glimpse into the extensive report, showcasing our dedication to providing an exceptional education experience.
