Stanley Meets the Prime Minister

Stanley in 3GC was lucky enough to meet and interview the Prime Minister yesterday after school. 3GC put together some questions for him to ask.

What is your favourite meal and do you cook for your family?

Sandwiches – a Club Sandwich is my favourite meal and I enjoy making chocolate chip pancakes at breakfast for my family.

Have you always wanted to be Prime Minister?

No!

What is your favourite Football Team?

My favourite Football Team is Southampton F.C.

What would you do if you weren’t Prime Minister?

I would go on holiday, play cricket and hang out with my two daughters more.

What do you think is the most important part of your job?

Keeping you all safe.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I really enjoy meeting lots of people and having the chance to help people.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I play cricket in the nets, spend time with my children and watch movies.

If you had three wishes, what would they be?

  1. Win an election
  2. Go on holiday
  3. Spend more time with my daughters

Stanley had the opportunity to sit in the Prime Minister’s chair, delve into the history behind Downing Street’s name, view a moon rock from Apollo 11, and even relax in Winston Churchill’s comfortable chair.
