This summer, we are delighted to welcome back Moving Parts Theatre Company, who will bring their open air production of Much Ado About Nothing to Mill Hill School on Friday 14 June 2024 at 19:00.
It’s the 1960s, and on the shores of Sicily, change is in the air … on a sun-drenched island steeped in tradition, the old order is about to be shaken up by a new spirit of liberation, as thoroughly modern heroine, Beatrice, determines not to be “overmastered”. With original music inspired by everything from Sicilian Tarantella to Italian 1960s pop, this is one of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies.
The company’s production of Macbeth last year was a great hit with all the families who attended – and once again this summer we may expect an exciting and inventive approach to telling this wonderful story. Enjoy a glorious evening of high comedy, drama, inventive story-telling and toe-tapping tunes!
