Mill Hill School pupils achieve excellent results at both GCSE and A Level, allowing them to progress onto the most competitive universities in the UK and around the world. A Mill Hill education will always be about much more than just grades, but we are proud of our pupils’ exam success alongside their many other achievements.
As you will see from the data below, the last three years have seen significant improvement in results at Mill Hill. This reflects a stronger academic focus of the School in the current era. Mill Hill now combines real academic rigor and ambition with the wider pastoral and co-curricular strength we’ve always been known for.

As you would expect given these strong results, university destinations are very competitive. 79% of leavers in 2026 went to Russell Group universities, for example, with over 90% of pupils securing their first or insurance choice. A small number of pupils progress to Oxbridge and Medical School each year, as well as leading US and European universities.
