Sports Day 2026

Mill Hill Sports Day was a fantastic celebration of athletic achievement, determination and teamwork, with pupils competing enthusiastically across a range of track and field events.

Several school records were broken during an outstanding day of competition. On the track, Raffi J set a new school record in the 300m with an excellent performance. In the field events, Frank J broke the javelin record, Harry F set a new record in the shot put, and Oliver B achieved a record-breaking throw in the discus.

The girls also enjoyed record-breaking success. Sofia B produced a superb performance in the triple jump to set a new school record, while Capree A-C cleared a record height in the high jump, earning one of the loudest cheers of the day.

During the track finals, the Tug of War delivered a thrilling showdown, with Boarders powering their way to victory in a hard-fought final against Cedars.

The relay races proved particularly popular and brought plenty of excitement to the track. The highlight was undoubtedly the 8 x 200m relay, which included members of staff alongside pupils. The event showcased the strong sense of community at Mill Hill and provided a thrilling finish to a memorable Sports Day.
