Carer Events and Visits
The school was delighted to welcome back Old Millhillian and BBC journalist Caroline Hepker, who delivered an inspiring talk to current pupils. Her visit provided valuable insights into the world of journalism and media and reinforced the importance of alumni engagement in enriching the educational experience. As well as this, we hosted a series of careers events featuring industry professionals, including Jonathan Craymer on cyber security innovations, Brandon Johnson on entrepreneurship and PropTech, and a property sector panel offering real-world insights. Pupils also benefited from talks by Martin Leuw on purpose-driven careers and Elliott Ingram on leadership and strategic thinking in tech. Chapels
We have a full calendar of Chapels each half-term at Mill Hill, and the whole-school input last week was led by our Jewish Society (JSoc) highlighting the value and importance to them of the Jewish High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Pupil societies at Mill Hill are increasingly leading Chapels in this way, and this was a great example. Find out more here.

Led by nine Upper Sixth students and supported by Lower Sixth representatives, the committee aims to inspire pupils to give back, develop leadership skills, and strengthen character education. Early initiatives included educating younger year groups about charitable causes, supporting Food Bank Aid with our largest-ever Harvest Festival collection, and creating a powerful video for World Mental Health Day to raise funds for Beyond Conflict. Looking ahead, plans include a winter coat collection, a silent auction, and a student Christmas market—fostering unity and purpose across our community. Read the full article here.
