A brilliant start to our week with an assembly talking about ‘Thrive in 5’. It was really lovely to see so many of you at the parent seminar as a follow up and I know we have had some really lovely feedback. The children learnt about the Pig of Happiness and how to put ‘Smiles in our Tummies’. It was a really positive start to our week. In class the children have been making ‘Pig of Happiness’ collages and superhero/superselfer puppets. We have been making ‘silly soup’ as part of our work on rhyme and enjoying playing games such as dominoes, snap, roll the dice and fill the pattern. We have been using mirrors to look at our faces and making representations using playdough and other loose parts. We have continued our work on learning each other’s names and moving safely around the school and we have really enjoyed watching the number song videos you have been uploading – Thank you.
