We are extremely proud of our partnership with nearby Copthall Secondary School which began back in June 2017.
The primary objectives of our partnership over the years have been to:
The partnership enables pupils at Copthall to benefit from Mill Hill’s world class facilities and also to mix with a wider range of pupils from different walks of life, preparing them for college or university, the world of work and life in Modern Britain.
Highlights of the partnership have included a shared sixth form careers fair, sixth form lectures and debates, co-curricular engagement and subject workshops. Copthall’s STEM scholarship programme which launched in 2018 has seen pupils from both schools benefiting from bespoke STEM lectures and mentoring as well as a range of stimulating trips.
In 2022, we will be launching the first Copthall and Mill Hill Schools partnership Mental Health and Wellbeing Project which is being supported by funding from the government’s Department for Education.
