In addition to achieving 3 As and 1 B grades in his A levels, Yi Yan Xu achieved a Distinction in STEP 2 Mathematics and a ‘1’ in STEP 3 Mathematics. STEP is a Cambridge University examination; Sixth Term Entrance Paper for those students who have outstanding ability in Mathematics.
Yi Yan is currently reading Mathematics at Girton College Cambridge.
