Fee Description

School Fees applicable from 1 September 2018 will be as follows:

Fees:

Registration Fee: £200.00
 The non-returnable charge for lodging a Registration form.

Please note the registration fee applies separately for each school.

Acceptance Deposit: £2,000
For parents whose normal residence is outside the UK, an Additional Deposit of one term’s Fees applicable  to the pupil  (in accordance with the Fees List) is charged and will be payable on return of the completed Acceptance Form.  This deposit will be repaid as a credit without interest after the final payment of the fees, or other sums due to the School on leaving.
Additional Deposit: £13,513
For parents whose normal residence is outside the UK, an Additional Deposit of one term’s Fees applicable  to the pupil  (in accordance with the Fees List) is charged and will be payable on return of the completed Acceptance Form.  This deposit will be repaid as a credit without interest after the final payment of the fees, or other sums due to the School on leaving.
Tuition Fee: Per term Per annum

Tuition fee also includes additional charges for curriculum expenses and additional contributions towards basic sports trips and visits.
 Parents will be notified of any additional charges related to Transportation, extra-curricular activities such as residential trips, exam charges, lost books, (this list is not exhaustive).The additional charges will be added to the School bill and are payable upon receipt of the bill.
A full terms fee may be applicable in accordance with The Mill Hill School Foundation Standard Terms and Conditions in the circumstances where a pupil is being withdrawn from the School prematurely and without proper notice.

Notes:
Payment Arrangements:  International parents can make payments to the school using online payment portal (www.flywire.com).
Due Date:  Each term’s invoice for fees and extras is due for payment by the first day of term.
Late Payment Charge on Overdue Accounts are applicable in accordance School’s Standard Terms and Conditions.

Payment of Fees

Each term’s invoice for fees, additional charges and extras is due for payment by the first day of the term.

Late payment of the term’s invoice will incur a charge of up to 1.5% per calendar month on any outstanding account balances which are past due (the due date is the first day of the term).

Payment of The Mount, Mill Hill International Schools acceptance deposit and school sees must be made through the online payment portal Flywire.
