Courses

Courses last either 2, 4 or 8 weeks and enable young learners to consolidate their knowledge of English.

The Mill Hill Summer School timetable comprises 15 hours of English per week, with a further 15 hours per week divided equally between creative activity classes and either maths and science or sports. Creative activities include Music, Art, Drama and IT along with a wide range of sporting options.

Courses last either 2, 4 or 8 weeks and enable young learners to consolidate their knowledge of English, whilst gaining an insight into life in a British boarding school.

There is a placement test on arrival to establish English levels. These levels along with the age and nationality of our students will be given consideration when dividing them in to classes. Our English classes typically range from A1 to C1/C2 level ensuring that there is a suitable class for all students; from those at beginner level to those with near native competency. The maximum class size is 12 students and lessons take place in the newly refurbished campus of The Mount, Mill Hill International.

The science and mathematics classes combine the learning of subject specific vocabulary with practical experiments in well equipped laboratories.
