Educated at a grammar school in Lincolnshire, she subsequently moved to Kingston Upon Thames to take her A Levels before leaving for university in Oxford where she graduated in Education and French. Moving to Rome after a year teaching in London, Sarah then taught English as an Additional Language in Rome at an International School. She returned to the UK in 2005 where she lived in Cambridge with her family.
Previous to her post as Head at Mill Hill International, she was Director of King’s Ely International. With a proven track record of achievement as a leader, Sarah brings with her a depth of understanding and experience of the international pupil.
Sarah identifies with Mill Hill’s ethos to promote academic excellence whilst focusing on the social, cultural and sporting development of the pupil. She believes that international pupils offer a distinctive cultural and educational resource to Mill Hill, helping all pupils not only to learn from each other but also to prepare themselves for a world in which global understanding is, as ever, of paramount importance.
