Mill Hill International is an ideal bridge to an international pupil’s next school. Whether Mill Hill School or another renowned British School, and whether your child is arriving in the UK for the first time, or returning after a period abroad, we will make their transition to a British education a smooth and enjoyable experience.
London in the Countryside
Our school is set in 150 acres of safe, green parkland, and yet we are less than 30 minutes from central London, enabling regular cultural visits into the city. Did you know, London has retained the title of best student city in the world in the ranking compiled by education analyst Quacquarelli Symonds.
Our tailor-made courses are suitable for pupils of differing language levels and prepares them academically. All our staff are specifically trained to work with international students.
Small Class Sizes
Our class sizes are small, with an average of 10 to 12 pupils.
Our course flexibility means we can offer courses for one, two or three terms. Our One-Year GCSE course is perfect for 15-17 year-olds who are strong academically and who wish to complete GCSE examinations in just one year.
Boarding & Day
We offer places for both Boarding and Day pupils.
We offer interaction and integration with British pupils though boarding, sports, co-curricular activities, excursions and in free time. Faster integration means pupils are more likely to have a seamless transition into Further Education here in the UK.
A 21st-Century School
We offer a traditional, yet international experience and our school is a true reflection of 21st-century London – multi-cultural, multi-lingual and vibrant.
“Studying at Mill Hill International was one of the most wonderful and unforgettable experiences of my life. The teachers taught and inspired me a lot; everyday was meaningful and joyful. I had a really great time.”
– Carina, Hong Kong
“The people I have met – I have only been here one year but it feels like I have known them for my whole life! Second of all, the opportunity I feel I am given here. The study spaces, the fact I feel I can go to any teacher and always ask them a question. Thirdly, the spirit of the common room. I have never had that before – all the pupils go there and we all talk to one another. We mix the friendship groups across year groups there too.”
– Valerie, Russia
“I also just love the location/environment here. It is great to walk around and make the most of what is available on campus. Being so close to central London is amazing too, with easy access by the tube for example, you can go there and visit museums. There are lots of school trips going there too.”
– Armita, Iran
